For many industrial applications it is desirable to be able to control the speed of a machine. But buying a frequency converter before you know the best setting is not always the right step. Reijnhout Elektro offers frequency converters for rent, so that you can first try out what suits your situation. See also our rental overview.
From our experience in industry, we know that demand for rental equipment is high. We have frequency converters available from 0.5 kW up to and including 110 kW. This allows us to serve a wide range of applications, from pumps and fans to production machinery.
Especially during the commissioning of a machine, the right speed may still have to be determined. With a rented frequency converter you can try this out without investing straight away.
Besides commissioning, frequency converters also offer a tangible energy saving. By adjusting the speed of a motor to the actual demand, you use only the energy you need. This is especially noticeable with pumps and fans, which often run at full power when that is not necessary. In applications like these, the energy saving can be considerable, depending on running hours and how much the speed can be reduced. Renting lets you measure that saving in practice before you decide to buy.
You tell us which application you have in mind and what power it requires. Based on that, we supply the right frequency converter from our programme. We agree the delivery with you and make sure everything is delivered ready for use. During the rental period you can contact us with technical questions. At the end of the rental period, the converter is collected again.
Our specialists guide you during trials and support you with technical assistance and advice. For a trial set-up, we are happy to visit you.
